2024 October 14 – Marymount Los Angeles celebrated the Gala opening of the Alice & John Tyler Gallery with a comprehensive exhibit of Pascal’s works direct from the Corcoran Gallery of Art featuring pieces from the Alice and John Tyler Collection. The Collection includes: sculptures -glass and stainless-steel – paintings, Art-to-Wear and sketches. The Fine Arts Curriculum at Marymount was expanded in the 2024-2025 academic year to include the artist Pascal. Along with the extraordinary art, Marymount received a gift to endowment from the Alice C. Tyler Art Trust.
2023 May – Shipment departs DC for the Pascal Annex Art Gallery Dunbar Historical Society Dunbar, Pennsylvania where the Alice and John Tyler Pascal Collection from the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC will amaze, enrich and inspire all who walk through their doors preserving the legacy of two women who changed the world with their vision. A gift to endowment from the Alice C. Tyler Art Trust was received with this magnificent Collection.

2023 March – Washington DC Court of Appels affirmed the DC Superior Court & Judgment

2021 September 24 – On the wings of angels Pascal is carried home to God
2021 March 19 – Pascal celebrates with joy her 107th Birthday with family
2016 – May – Dunbar, PA where Pascal discovered the glass that she carved with hammer and chisel had the Grand Opening and dedication of the Pascal Annex Art Gallery at the Dunbar Historical Society. This was a major endeavor of construction by the Dunbar Historical Society and has become the new home of “Seated Torso,” the tour de force of Pascal’s life. This 2 ½ ton, 7 foot tall original glass sculpture by Pascal as first purchased by John Kluge for his Carriage House in Charlottesville, VA in 1994. After Kluge’s death, it was acquired by Donald Trump and in 2013 his family donated it to the Dunbar Historical Society. The artistic legacy of Pascal will now be preserved to inspire and enrich future generations.
2014 – In March, Pascal celebrated her 100th birthday at a family luncheon.
2012 – 2013 – Selected works by Pascal will be on view in the Alice and John Tyler Gallery at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C. from December 19 to February 10, 2013. These examples are from the Corcoran’s permanent Collection.
1999 – Pascal: Reflections in Glass, a documentary on the extraordinary life and artistic achievements of Pascal, premieres at The Museum of Television & Radio in Beverly Hills. A celebration on the completion of the documentary and the 85th birthday of the artist continues at a private dinner following the premiere.
1998 – Friends of Sheba Women’s Group tour Pascal’s home and studio. Founded in 1987, FSWG is dedicated to funding various projects and programs for the Department of Pediatric Medicine at Chaim Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, Israel’s largest and most sophisticated medical center, which helps people of all religious and ethnic backgrounds.
1997 – UCLA presents Pascal with the prestigious ICON Award for Lifetime Achievement. A black tie gala was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel with Art Linkletter as Master of Ceremonies. Friends and collectors joined in the celebration.
1996– Pascal was the only artist invited to participate in ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) Benefit Gala. A percentage of all sales of her serigraphs, and limited edition art-to-wear jeweled miniature crystal sculptures went to benefit ARCS. ARCS was founded in 1958, and since then has raised more than $20 million to finance more than 6,200 scholarships at over 60 colleges for ARCS scholars in nearly every scientific discipline. A dinner honoring the underwriters and celebrating the success of the Gala was held at Pascal’s home and studio.
Pascal celebrated her 82nd birthday at a surprise party hosted by longtime friends and collectors, Diane and Guilford Glaser. The guest list included: John Kluge, Dear Abby, Frank Sinatra, Mrs. Henry Mancini, and Rhonda Fleming with her husband Ted Mann. The 75 guests enjoyed a champagne reception followed by a gourmet dinner, after which toasts were made to the birthday girl that lasted far into the night!
1995 – A collection of over 100 Pascal works of art, including original oil paintings, original glass and stainless steel sculptures, and limited edition art-to -wear miniature jeweled crystal sculptures, was accepted by the prestigious museum – The Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. The Alice and John Tyler Gallery, the permanent home for Pascal’s collection, was dedicated in September.
The renowned House Ear Institute honored Pascal at their Annual Benefit Gala in Los Angeles. The Institute is one of the premier institutions in the world devoted to hearing and balance research, treatment and education. Images from Pascal’s limited edition Collection decorate the walls of this acclaimed Institute, and a magnificent Pascal stainless steel sculpture Ode to Dr. Howard House greets visitors at the front entrance.
Pascal’s serigraph, “Mid-Day in Grasse”, appears on the cover of best-selling novelist, Barbara Taylor Bradford’s new novel Dangerous to Know.
1994 – At the Deauville Film Festival Barbara Taylor Bradford, best-selling novelist, was presented with a magnificent award of a Pascal limited edition art-to -wear sculpture, entitled “Queen of Cats”, in honor of her Body of Literature.
1987 – Pascal was honored at the National Arts Association Orchid Ball at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with a special guest appearance by Henry Mancini and his 35-piece orchestra. After the concert, Henry Mancini presented Pascal with his baton. An extraordinary evening!
SPECIAL NOTE
1985 – 1988 – The Television Hall of Fame award was a Pascal stainless steel sculpture. Recipients of the Pascal sculpture include: Lucille Ball, Milton Berle, Norman Lear, Edward R. Murrow and David Brinkley.
1990 – For Frank Sinatra’s 75th birthday party Pascal created stainless steel sculptures titled Blue Eyes (a young Sinatra at the microphone) which were given to each couple at the party at the Waldorf in New York. Only 300 were made.
